By using the services of Ag-Grow Plus Lawn Care, Inc. ("Ag-Grow Plus"), you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Services

Ag-Grow Plus provides lawn care treatment programs, aeration, and mowing services to residential customers. All services are priced based on property size and condition. Quotes are provided prior to service and do not include applicable taxes.

2. Payment

Payment is due upon receipt of invoice. Ag-Grow Plus accepts cash, check, and credit card. Invoices not paid within 30 days are subject to a 10% compounded finance charge. Quoted prices do not include sales tax where applicable.

3. Scheduling

Ag-Grow Plus will schedule applications based on seasonal timing and weather conditions. We reserve the right to adjust application timing to ensure the best results for your lawn.

4. Referral Program

Ag-Grow Plus offers a referral program where existing customers may earn credits or discounts for referring new customers. Referral terms are subject to change. Contact our office for current referral program details.

5. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel or modify your service program at any time by contacting our office at 641-791-5296 or emailing office@ag-grow.com. Please note: applications that have already been completed will be billed in full. Cancellations must be received before a scheduled application to avoid being charged for that visit. We do not offer refunds for completed services.

6. Access to Property

By signing up for service, you grant Ag-Grow Plus Lawn Care permission to access your property for the purpose of completing scheduled lawn care applications. Please ensure gates are unlocked and pets are secured on scheduled service days. Ag-Grow Plus is not responsible for delays caused by inaccessible properties.

7. Text Messaging

By providing your phone number to Ag-Grow Plus Lawn Care, you agree to receive text messages regarding your lawn care services, seasonal quotes, and account information. Message frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message or by calling our office at 641-791-5296.

8. Limitation of Liability

Ag-Grow Plus Lawn Care will make every reasonable effort to deliver high-quality results. However, we are not responsible for: lawn damage caused by weather conditions, drought, flooding, or other environmental factors outside our control; pre-existing lawn conditions or damage present prior to service; results affected by the customer's failure to follow recommended watering or mowing guidelines after treatment; or outcomes resulting from skipped or incomplete program applications at the customer's request. Our total liability for any claim related to our services shall not exceed the total amount paid for the specific service in question.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. When we do, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Iowa. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be resolved in the appropriate courts of Jasper County, Iowa.
