Founded by Bryan with a commitment to quality service and lasting customer relationships, we've grown from a single-truck operation into Central Iowa's premier lawn care company. Over 28 years in business, we've served more than 2,500 happy customers and currently maintain approximately 650 residential and commercial properties annually. What started as a passion for helping homeowners achieve beautiful, healthy lawns has become a multi-generational family business built on integrity, expertise, and genuine care for every property we maintain.

Our team combines nearly three decades of experience with modern operational efficiency to deliver comprehensive lawn care solutions. Bryan founded Ag-Grow Plus Lawn Care in 1998 with a simple mission: deliver exceptional lawn care service to Newton homeowners. Over nearly three decades, he's built the company into Central Iowa's most trusted name in lawn care, serving over 600 residential and commercial properties. His commitment to quality control, comprehensive team training, and long-term customer relationships has shaped Ag-Grow's reputation. Bryan focuses on strategic planning and maintaining the high standards that have kept customers coming back year after year.

Holden LeFleur

Manager & Co-owner

Holden started with Ag-Grow in 2018 and worked full-time through 2022 before taking on warehouse management at Amazon, where he developed expertise in operations, logistics, and team coordination. He returned to Ag-Grow in 2025 as co-owner, bringing that operational knowledge to modernize the business. Under his leadership, Ag-Grow expanded into snow removal, leaf removal, and mowing services while maintaining the quality standards the company built its reputation on. Holden manages day-to-day operations, scheduling, customer communication, and service delivery.
